Needs Explorer
Sometimes we know something feels off without knowing what we actually need. This explorer helps you notice which needs may be asking for more attention right now.
Question 1 of 24
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Take your time and check in with yourself
You do not need to be perfectly calm. But if you are rushing, distracted or overwhelmed, it can be harder to notice what you genuinely need. Get comfortable, have a cup of tea if you like, and answer from how life feels right now.
Needs can change from day to day. This result is a snapshot, not a fixed label.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY A NEED?
A need is something that helps you function, feel supported or stay connected to yourself.
Needs can be practical, emotional, relational or physical. Wanting more rest, reassurance, space, stability, help, belonging or direction does not mean something is wrong with you. It can simply mean something important needs attention.

A USEFUL REMINDER
You are allowed to need support.
A need does not have to become a crisis before it deserves attention. Sometimes the most effective change is simply noticing what is missing early and responding with something small, practical and kind.
