Stress Capacity Check In
STRESS & CAPACITY CHECK-IN
How much capacity do you actually have right now?
Sometimes the problem is not that you need to try harder. Too many things may simply be asking something from you at the same time. This check-in helps you notice how stretched you may be right now.
Your capacity is allowed to change.
A difficult day does not mean you are failing. It may mean your current load needs adjusting.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Give yourself a moment to settle
You do not need to feel perfectly calm. You will usually get a clearer result if you are not rushing or already overwhelmed. If you can, make a cup of tea, get comfortable, notice the room around you and take a few slow breaths.
Answer based on how things have felt over the last week. There are no good or bad scores.
